Refund policy
We have a 4-day return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will have to share the video of the product, its packaging when you return the product to the vendor partner. Without this, the return cannot be initiated or accepted. The number will be shared with you once the return is initiated.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any garment which has been customized as per specifications given by the customer will not be returned under any circumstance.

Once the return is initiated (after acceptance of the proof of purchase and condition of the garment) our vendor partner will pick up the return from the delivery address mentioned in the order. Kindly note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There will be a flat fee of Rs 60 per product for return of items. No fee will be charged for exchange of product. You can get the product exchanged in the entire category. For all international shipments we apologize but we can't enable the returns as there is no logistic feasibility for the same.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Share the picture of the product received with the tags and packet showing the label.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, The refund once approved will be credited back within 10 business days . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If an order qualified for a cart-value discount and a return causes the order value to fall below the qualifying threshold, the discount will be recalculated and adjusted in the refund.
The flat COD charge of Rs. 60 will not be refunded and will be deducted from the final amount at the time of refunds.
